Sit-stand mechanism
Height positions calibrated, presets set, the desk tested over its full range. With anti-collision we also test the obstacle stop.
Chairs
MARKUS, JÄRVFJÄLLET and MILLBERGET fully built up: tilt tension, recline and armrests set to your body.
Cable management
Cable tray fitted under the top, power strip suspended, cables bundled with hook-and-loop ties — no swing down to the socket.
Monitor arm
VESA arm clamped to the top or fed through, height set to eye level, cables routed through the arm.

01 — Detail

A sit-stand desk is more than a top.

BEKANT looks simple — two legs, one top, a motor. But if the legs aren't exactly level the mechanism runs skewed and you'll hear a rattle on every height change. We set the frame on a laser, check the drive shaft for tension, and only then calibrate the electronics. Two presets set, everything tested to maximum.

02 — Detail

A good chair lives or dies by the gas lift.

MARKUS and JÄRVFJÄLLET arrive in pieces, with the gas lift driven into the star base last. Hard enough to seat fully, not so hard that the seal is damaged. We use a rubber mallet and test every height before you sit on it — no chair that sinks during a team meeting.

03 — Detail

Cables take most of the time.

The chair takes ten minutes, the desk twenty — half of an assembly is cables tucked away properly. Cable tray, power strip, hook-and-loop ties, a feed-through for monitor and laptop. We always include this, because a workstation with spaghetti under the top isn't a finished project.
